Having received his B.F.A in Screenwriting and Directing, Mirch's background is in creative development. He has developed screenplays and television series for studios, television networks, and production companies.

He has worked with writers to develop screenplays which sold to Paramount, New Line, and Summit Entertainment, and pilots which sold to Fox, NBC, CBS, and Lifetime.  Additionally, he has worked with Warner Bros., Sony Pictures Television, Participant Media, Hyde Park Entertainment, and Parkes+MacDonald to develop both feature and television projects. 

As a producer, Mirch continues to develop projects with writers and directors, and is currently working on several feature films in development. Additionally, Mirch offers his services to screenwriters looking to develop their feature film and television projects.

Over the past 5 years, Mirch has watched the political, economic, social, and geographic landscape shift and is uniquely positioned to assist international firms in achieving their long term strategic goals. 

Mirch has worked with partners based in the Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Jordan, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and India.  He has sold programming to the OSN Network, the largest satellite provider in the region, as well as MBC, the largest network in the region. Additionally, Mirch has worked with Gulf Film and Empire, two of the largest theatrical distribution companies in the region.

Mirch has worked with firms based in New York, London, Amsterdam, Hong Kong, Korea, and the Philippines to develop, produce, and distribute international content. 

Mirch has also consulted a number of international firms on the Middle East market, advising companies such as the BBC, Creative Artists Agency, and Burberry.
